Hanging Out With The Mad Scientist Don Komarechka

I recently had the honor and pleasure of being on the Photo Geek Weekly podcast hosted by Mr. Don Komarechka. “DonKom” is an amazing photographer and educator up in Canada where he shares his mastery of macro photography and other geekery with others.

His podcast, Photo Geek Weekly, airs each week as he and a guest host will pick through the interesting photography-related news topics of the week. This leads to great discussions not only about photography, but also some good life lessons everyone can take from the photography lifestyle. Below you’ll find the episode where I was a guest host. Just click the photo. Check it out. I appreciate Mr. DonKom havin’ me on this week. Lots of fun and good discussions.

Make sure you’re subscribed to my shows Hands-On Photography and Hands-On Wellness. Thanks.

The Look on His Face: My Chat With Puget Systems

As a content creator that actually LIKES computers, I’ve been a fan of Puget Systems for quite some time. These folks do a great job offering up knowledge and parts to help you build your best PC for creating content.

This week I had the pleasure of being on their Workflow Wednesday podcast. Unfortunately, I did a LOT of rambling and didn’t get into my workflow much. But it was a GREAT chat with these gents. It was really funny to see Mr. Houston’s face after some of my comments. Good times. I appreciate them having me on and the great questions from them and the live chat. Check out the video below.

Do me a favor. Give this company a follow on Twitter and subscribe to their YouTube channel. I appreciate them sharing my content and story with their audience. Now allow me to share them with you, my audience.

REVIEW: Flashpoint Xplor 300 Pro Studio Flash

Here’s my review of the studio strobe I previously mentioned. I did my video review of this product for work. It’s the Flashpoint Xplor 300 Pro. Check it out below. Also, as an official affiliate for Adorama, you can use my link to purchase this studio flash. Not only will you be supporting Adorama, but you’ll also be supporting me as a content creator as I will get a few cents commission. I appreciate the support. And thanks for checking out the video. Be well and DO well.

Appearances And What Not With Really Great People

I’ve been on a social media hiatus for a little while and will continue to stay on this hiatus for a little longer. I had some appearances prior to the hiatus that I should have mentioned on social. Instead, I’ll mention here. Thanks for everything.

First I was on Tom Merritt’s show with other black content creators to share some thoughts. Specifically, this video below. I appreciate him having me.

Next, Mr. Scott Bourne had me as a guest on his show. His podcast is monthly and it’s sad that our recording from several weeks ago now lines up with the crap happening today. Hopefully he and I can still work out that photography contest we discussed sometime in the future.

Finally, I had an appearance on the Los Angeles news station KTLA here. I appreciate Mr. Rich Demuro reaching out to me.

And of course, I had my own work published on a regular schedule for photography and wellness. I appreciate my employer TWiT and the TWiT family of co-workers for all of their support.

Take care of yourself. Be well and DO well. Thank you, all.
