I previously spoke about the new workflow Adobe was putting in place for video creators. Well, the team has officially begun rolling out the update to Premiere Pro users. If you have your Creative Cloud app connected to the internet, you’ll see the update momentarily.
What does this mean?
This is just another tool in place that can help simplify collaboration. We all know that creating great, blockbuster video content, a team is needed. One can’t go at creating this content alone. This will require some collaboration to put this masterpiece together. Unfortunately, having multiple teammates in working on a single project file can lead to a few efficiency pitfalls. Adobe’s Production panel will help boost efficiency and make collaboration much more effective.
My man Jason Levine will have more information on the Production panel as well as how to use it via the Adobe Creative Cloud live stream. Check the schedule for topics and times available during the days of April 14-17.
Gratuity For Teams
Adobe is also offering up free access to Adobe Teams for ALL Creative Cloud users from April 14 - August 17. This is a gesture from Adobe to help content creators take advantage of the widespread work-from-home mandate we’re seeing around the world due to the COVID-19 outbreak. More about the offering from Adobe can be found on its blog post here.
I’ve not been able to play around with the new tools from Adobe just yet. I do appreciate them giving me early access to the app, but right now my production schedule has been a bit wonky. But, I’ll bounce back. We all will. Take care, everyone. Stay safe and stay healthy. #CreateAndDominate
