Well. For once it (anger/frustration) worked in my favor. Ideally when I workout with the attitude of the #LargeAngryBlackMan, I stand the risk of pushing a lot more and injuring myself. I have learned from past experiences. I'm strong as heck at those moments, but sometimes I over do it and pull/strain something. Not tonight. Check out the vid. And yes, I'm still critical of my form to a small degree. Not quite "Hulk Smash", but maybe one day. . . .
