Today I asked my followers on Periscope if I should take my camera with me to lunch. They all said yes. In particular, my friend Liana Lehua said that I should take it. This spawned into me wanting a microphone for my new camera and challenging myself to "earn" it. I thought that sounded reasonable. so here we go. Thirty days and thirty photos. I shoot with a smartphone most of the time, but I recently grabbed a Canon DSLR switching from the Sony CSC. I've yet to learn all of the in's and out's of the new camera, so now becomes a good time to start learning. Without further ado, I give you the Day 1 Photo. Shot with the Canon T5i DSLR as all shots in this challenge will require me to shoot with the DSLR. This shot was edited in a combination of Lightroom and Photoshop.
